Bocce League Coordinator Forgotten Star Brewing Company Minneapolis, MN Job Details Temporary | Part-time $20 - $25 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Communication platforms Full Job Description The Role Be the face of bocce league nights at Forgotten Star Run weekly league play start to finish Keep teams informed, engaged, and coming back Weekly Responsibilities Set up courts, equipment, and scorekeeping materials before play Welcome teams, run check-in, and kick off matches on time Officiate disputes and enforce house rules Track match results and update standings same-night Send weekly recap to all teams (results, standings, upcoming matchups, taproom news) Break down courts and store equipment at end of night Flag taproom/kitchen issues to managers in real time Team Communication Own the league communication channel (email/GroupMe/text — TBD) Respond to team questions within 24 hours Send pre-season welcome, mid-season check-in, and end-of-season wrap-up Promote taproom specials, events, and food truck schedule to league participants Requirements Available weekday evenings, June through August, 4:30-10:00 PM Comfortable speaking in front of a crowd and managing groups of adults who've had a few beers Organized — can keep brackets, scores, and standings straight Reliable communicator over text/email 21+ Nice to Have Prior league, tournament, or event coordination experience Familiarity with bocce rules (we'll train if not) Existing connections in the Minneapolis social sports scene Compensation & Perks $20-25/hour, 12-20 hours per week
