Job Description

The Kansas City Mavericks are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to serve as the club's Goalie Coach/Video Coach for the 2026 - 2027 season. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the development of our goaltenders while assisting the coaching staff with video analysis, pre-scout preparation, and day-to-day hockey operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily development of KC Mavericks goaltenders Conduct individual goalie sessions and video review meetings Prepare opponent pre-scouts and post-game video breakdowns Manage Sportscode and other video systems as used Assist with practice planning and on-ice coaching duties Support player development initiatives with ECHL, AHL, and NHL affiliates Assist with recruiting, player evaluation, and hockey operations projects Travel with the team throughout the season
Qualifications:
Strong background in goaltending instruction and player development Experience with hockey video systems (Sportscode preferred) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work within a fast-paced professional hockey environment Previous junior, collegiate, or professional coaching experience preferred Professional and trustworthy About the
