JOB SUMMARY
The Kansas City Chiefs Flag Runners are a high-energy part of the game day experience at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. Flag Runners lead the team onto the field before kickoff and sprint across the field and end zones after every touchdown and field goal. This game day position places individuals at the heart of the NFL's most electric game day atmosphere, helping energize fans and elevate the overall stadium experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to follow directions quickly and work as part of a team Punctual and reliable Appropriate demeanor for being on the field during professional events Must be able to wear team-issued uniforms and follow appearance/ gameday guidelines Able to carry or manage flag gear quickly and safely. Ability to sprint 100 yards while carrying a large flag, sometimes multiple times per game. Strong sense of coordination (NFL flags are large and heavy, especially in windy stadiums — upper body strength and coordination required.) Must perform in all weather conditions — rain, snow, wind, and extreme heat or cold. Previous Experience (preferred but not always required): Experience in sports, athletics, or event staffing
AVAILABILITY
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (depending on game schedules). Commitment to the full duration of events or game days. Must be available for all home games (including early arrivals and long days). See below.

  • Postseason Tentative Additional Dates:
