Job Description

Description:
This is an hourly, seasonal (April-August) position as part of the parking crew for Asheville Tourists Minor League Baseball games.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct guests to appropriate parking areas with a friendly and professional demeanor Assist in the smooth flow of traffic Enforce parking regulations and assist with resolving any parking-related issues Provide basic information and directions to guests as needed Communicate with fans and solve their inquiries Be efficient in a fast-paced environment Performing other duties as assigned by
Stadium Operations Manager General Requirements:
Ability to stand and/or walk for the entire length of shift Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as assigned Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to rain and heat Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and reliability Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner Previous customer service or event experience is a plus but not required Shift times:
Monday-Friday:
4:30PM-End of game (estimated 10:00PM) or 4:30PM-7:30
PM Saturday:
2:30PM-End of game (estimated 10:00PM) or 2:30PM-7:00
PM Sunday:
11:00AM-End of game (estimated 4:00PM) or 11:00AM-2:00
PM Job Types:
