Position:

Scoop Specialist We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented team member to join our sweet crew! As a Scoop Specialist, you'll be the face of The Social Cow, serving up handcrafted ice cream, engaging with guests, and keeping our space as fresh as our flavors.

Tuesday -

Friday:

11:00 AM - 5:00

PM Weekends:

As needed for peak hours, events, or coverage

Responsibilities:

Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide exceptional service Scoop and serve ice cream efficiently and neatly Operate the register and handle transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, freezers, and prep spaces Restock toppings, prepare cones, and supplies throughout the shift Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Support special events or community pop-ups when needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous ice cream or dessert shop experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Must be 18 years or older
