- Most importantly, investing in creating a smooth experience for couples. They need you to care as much about their day as they do.
- Assuring the event moves along at the clients desired pace.
- Communicating effectively with event organizers and guests.
- Public speaking to engage the audience and make announcements
- Playing music to entertain guests and keep the energy high
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Occasionally assisting with heavy lifting for equipment setup and breakdown Requirements To excel in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in market strategies to promote services effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and guests
- Public speaking abilities to engage the audience
- Knowledge of various music genres and ability to mix music for different occasions
- Prior experience in customer service roles is beneficial
- Capability for heavy lifting when setting up equipment
