Race Operations Team Member

Position Overview New England Dragway is seeking motivated individuals to assist with race day operations throughout the racing season. This versatile position offers opportunities to work in Race Control and various on-track support roles. Knowledge of drag racing is helpful but not required. Key Responsibilities Assist with race day operations in Race Control and various on-track support areas Operate computers and perform data entry and keyboard-related tasks as needed Communicate using two-way radios during race events Support race officials, racers, and event operations Assist with special events and race activities Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Computer and keyboard skills required Knowledge of drag racing preferred Experience using two-way radios is helpful Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn multiple positions through cross-training Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment Position Details Seasonal employment Available shifts include Wednesday and Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays Weekend availability required Combination of indoor and outdoor work, depending on assignment Loud environment during race events Cross-training provided for various race operations positions Flexible scheduling available for one or multiple race days Opportunities to work special events throughout the season Join the New England Dragway team and play an important role in delivering a safe, exciting, and professional racing experience for competitors and fans alike.
