Job Description
W. Silver Recycling, Inc., is one of the nation's leading metals recyclers, with a presence covering the Southwest United States and Mexico. W. Silver Recycling has been operating for over 100 years servicing the unique recycling by-product needs of manufacturers in the southwest United States and Mexico. We are seeking a Co-Op for our growing organization. This unique position will report into the Regional Operations Manager to assist with data collection, analysis and clerical duties. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of engineering basics. General Duties & Responsibilities Clerical duties Gather data for analysis Take photos Create catalogs Attend Operations meetings Other Duties as assigned Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license Qualifications & Competencies Knowledge of process flow, process maps, exception reports, pivot tables, histograms, pareto analysis and similar concepts Bi-lingual; English/Spanish (speak, read, write) preferred Flexibility; Can-Do attitude Well organized; multi-tasking; time management Solution based Professional, reliable and self-directing work habits Computer literate: Email, Microsoft and/or Google suite Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program; Engineering preferred Training will be provided Pay & Benefits We offer a competitive pay structure to include commission Mileage Reimbursement For more information on our company, visit us at www.wsilver.com.
