Position Overview:

With over 60 years of rich history and tradition, the Raiderettes symbolize family, sisterhood, community, and entertainment excellence. The Raiderettes are the premier entertainment and dance team for the Las Vegas Raiders. This diverse group of talented women enhance the gameday experience on the field, engage with fans off the field at events throughout the year, and inspire the next generation of Raiderettes through educational and innovative programs. The Raiderettes Dance Studio is the headquarters for the Raiderettes, and all dance programming is designed to engage the Southern Nevada community. The state-of-the-art facility, with 11,000 square feet, has staff offices, a locker room, and studio rooms where classes tailored to all ages will be offered to the public. As a Raiderette, you will be a representative of the Las Vegas Raiders under the direction of the Raiderettes Director and leadership team. The ideal candidate for this role will be enthusiastic, professional, have experience dancing and a passion for performing.

Essential Functions:

Attend weekly practices to ensure perfection and synchronization during performances. Represent organization at Raiderette appearances and outside performances. Perform at all Raiders home games including post season. Have a thorough understanding of the NFL rules and regulations, as well as any policies pertaining to the club. Attend all required Raiderette photo shoots. Perform pre-determined routines at all Raiders home games including post season. Lead the crowd to create a happy and cheerful atmosphere during the home games. Represent the organization with Pride and Poise in all activities, performances, and events. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications GED or High School diploma required. Must be 21 years of age by audition date. 4+ years of dance/cheer team experience required. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism with athletes and administration. Ability to perform the physical demands of the position. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely. Presents self in professional manner and have ability to interact with all levels of organization, fans and external partners. Ability to travel around the Las Vegas area, as well as other cities and states as needed. Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
