Job Description

Description:
Hands-on, event-driven role responsible for assisting in all aspects of live entertainment activations including Ticketing Services, Event Creation, Guest Experience and Artist Services. Will actively participate in the execution of on-site ticketing operations, including order fulfillment and performance-day activity. This position will work closely with booking managers and venue leadership on daily administrative duties to support live music programming. Must bring strong attention to detail and organizational skills, experience in live events or entertainment administration and a passion for live music. Lead box office operations during ticketed activations including seat distribution and Guest window activity. Serves as the primary point of contact at assigned property during day of show operations. Assist in facilitating distribution of internal and external information regarding upcoming shows and events. Create event fact sheets, announce and on sale sheets for for each concert and special event as directed. Assist in creating and maintaining each property's live entertainment monthly calendars. Facilitate check request and invoice processing for enterprise-wide live entertainment. Assist in maintaining and updating STN Live website. Coordinate ticket reports and final event audits and provide post-performance summaries of operational activity. Assist with maintaining venue booking calendar for concerts and special events in shared calendar systems. Correspond regarding availability on holds and track challenges. Maintain revenue and head count reports for each property's atmospheric talent. Maintain physical and digital show folders to ensure all essential documents are in place. Facilitate training for multi property box office staff, including systems training and operational procedures. Support the Director, Corporate Entertainment with additional projects, initiatives, and operational needs as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in box office, ticketing operations, or a similar ticketing environment within performing arts, entertainment, or live events. Experience working in fast-paced, live event or performance-based environment. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision. Excellent detail orientation and follow-up skills. Ability to present a pleasant, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times. Highly organized and superior attention to detail while coordinating and performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a flexible schedule aligned with event activity, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet operational needs. Strong team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to support team members and operational needs as required.
