Excellent organizational skills to coordinate multiple event components smoothly.
SERVE AS SHOW COMEDIC MC
Perform MC duties throughout the show, including: Opening the show with Opening Monologue, intro to 1st. Guest Act , intro to Show Host, Curtain Call & Brief Closing Remarks. Cue sheet, monologue scripts provided for MC to review and memorize. The provided monologue is a base format, and MC is asked to come up with various jokes/bits to the monologue and make their own.SERVE AS SHOW SIDEKICK TO
Show Host:
SIDEKICK
to provide natural, comedic banter with Show Host throughout the show, providing commentary and additional comedic relief in the show. There are no specific scripts in place for this dynamic banter between Show Host & SIDEKICK, and will be improvised in rehearsals and performances.ATTEND REHEARSALS
Attend rehearsals where their position is needed. Includes initial rehearsals in preparation for the show and ongoing occasional rehearsals for tweaking show. The ongoing rehearsals will usually be the day of the performance a couple hours prior, sometimes on a separate date.FLEXIBILITY
Flexible and able to work with last minute schedule changes and responsibilities. Proven experience in public speaking or hosting events with a confident, energetic presence. Strong communication skills to connect effectively with diverse audiences.Excellent organizational skills to coordinate multiple event components smoothly.
