THE JOB:
It is the Conversion Lead responsibility to facilitate the day-to-day conversion to ensure accurate and timely completion of conversions between events.THE STARTING RATE
$24.00 / Per HourTHE DAY-TO-DAY
Set and strike staging which may include risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dashers, ice making, boxing rings, etc. Store equipment in pre-designated areas; perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setting and striking events Operate company vehicle and any mobile equipment related to arena operations Perform administrative duties related to event productions Work along Conversion Tech II staff on all other conversion related dutiesTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must be 21 years or older High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years of relevant experience in conversion, stage production, or public venue/event operations, including leadership experience. Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as neededTHE PERKS & BENEFITS
