Reno, NV About MLS USA Corp MLS USA Corp provides strategic logistical support—time, talent, transportation, and project management—to clients including the U.S. Navy, allied forces, and leading tech companies. You'll have direct access to leadership support at all times. The Role We're building a small team (5-7) to locate and recover advanced flight systems in the desert around Reno. This is on-call, opt-in work—take assignments based on your availability. Workload can range from ~20 to 60 hours/week depending on operations. Responsibilities Travel to recovery sites (primarily NV; occasional UT/ID) Navigate to coordinates and locate equipment Recover, secure, and transport assets Coordinate local drop-off or shipment Requirements Reno-based preferred U.S. citizen (background check required) Clean driving record Access to (or ability to rent) a 4WD vehicle or pickup Able to hike rugged terrain and lift 30 lbs Preferred Military (active, reserve, or veteran) Strong outdoor/navigation experience Compensation $25-$30/hour Travel primarily within Nevada; occasional out-of-state Fit Ideal for operators who want flexible, mission-driven work and are comfortable working independently in the field.

Pay:
