Needed :
2 perky part time people with a flair for arts and crafts or party decor to join our team at a very successful balloon decorating studio 20-30 hours per week. The faster you learn the more you will make! Raises are based on skill level, additional hours are always available too. We are looking for high energy, Dependable , and innovative individuals who enjoy working in a creative environment to join our team. You would be creating, transporting and setting up balloon decor all over the Western New York area for both residential and corporate clients. As an event decor company weekends and some holidays will be quite busy and you will be required to work. We will fully train you on all balloon designs and techniques, experience is not needed but helpful. If hired you will be required to sign a NDA and non-compete agreement. This position requires the following abilities:
    MUST SHOW UP ON TIME FOR WORK
    • Must be able to go up and down ladders
    • Clean driving record, you will be required to drive a work cargo van.
    • While creating balloon decorations you will need to be able to visually identify multiple shades of colors. You will be using your wrists, hands, and fingers while standing, bending and kneeling regularly.
    • Be able to work Saturdays, some nights and some Holidays, of course, this is when events happen!
    • You must be able to lift and walk with 40 pounds.
    • Fun phone voice with a happy personality.

    Starting wage is $16.50 per hour but may be more based on experience or abilities.
