RV Resort Clerks

The RV Resort at Hickory Ridge is looking for an RV Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers, demonstrating enthusiasm for booking at our resort. This is a position for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and with customers. Experience preferred but not required. Our season is from May 1 to November 1 - we would love our chosen candidate to come back each year. Hours would be approximately 20-40 per week - including weekends. Hours may be adjusted and not guaranteed to be full time at any time. Hours will also depend on job performance. Saturday and/or Sunday availability is required.

Responsibilities:

Familiar with camping. Good phone and email skills. Great customer service. Problem solving. Book RV camp sites for customers. FireFly POS system. Cashier. Math skills. Drive golf cart around campground to view checkouts and other duties. Verify RV site cleanliness. Stock/Sell/ store items. Store cleanliness including vacuuming, dusting. Bathroom cleanliness/stocking if needed. Meter reads (this is mandatory but will train). Pool readings/monitoring (will train). This entails using pool chemicals. PPE provided. Please do not apply if you are not comfortable with using pool chemicals. Willing to host events such as bingo, pool games etc. Be a team player but able to work independently.
