Job Description

About Us:
The Cincinnati Cyclones are a professional ice hockey team and a proud member of the ECHL. We are dedicated to delivering an unforgettable game day experience for our fans and fostering a supportive, inclusive environment for our team, fans, and staff.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Game Operations Intern to join our team for the upcoming season. This internship offers hands-on experience in game day operations, event planning, and fan engagement. If you are passionate about sports and eager to learn the ins and outs of game operations, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup and execution of game-day operations Coordinate and manage in-game promotions and entertainment Support the Game Operations team with event planning and logistics Ensure a positive and engaging fan experience during home games Help with the breakdown and cleanup of post-game activities
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a college/university program (Sports Management, Event Planning, or related field preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn Have their own device to edit/work on (MacBook/Apple Product preferred) Thrive in an upbeat and high-energy environment Be able to multi-task and communicate effectively Previous experience in sports or event management is a plus but not required We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
