As a Suites Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the overall efficiency and success of the team and guest services. What will you do? Assist with data entry and processing of menu orders and post‑event information Compile game day notes and reports Work directly with luxury suite members and catering contacts to establish game day service levels Coordinate the setup of luxury suites and pantries for game day service Serve as a game day supervisor Assist with catered events and support training of game day team members More about you No degree required Food and beverage service experience is required Supervisory and guest relations experience is preferred Familiar with computer software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Basic math skills Physical requirements Ability to lift to 40 pounds Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift Shift details Days Holidays Evenings as needed Weekends 10hr shift Events OT as needed Who we are Delaware North operates concessions and premium dining at Progressive Field since dating back to 1994.
