Full Job Description Job Overview:
ACB Cleaning Services is continuing to expand throughout Columbus and we are currently looking to add: Team Lead(s) Cleaners We are looking for strong, independent individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced work environment and help us continue delivering the level of service our clients expect. Airbnb/STR cleaning experience preferred, however we are willing to train the right individuals. Immediate start available for training on client-specific requirements.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Weekend availability required (primarily Sundays) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to move efficiently throughout the day Hours will vary based upon booking schedules as we head into one of our busiest seasons. Typical cleaning operation hours are between 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Additional evening cleans may occasionally be available for those interested in extra hours unless immediate same-day turnover service is required.

This position may require travel between multiple property locations throughout the day. We absolutely value work/life balance and will work with reasonable time-off requests, however reliability, communication, and consistency are key within our operation.
