Job Description

Purpose/Objective of the
Role:
Provide efficient and quality music camp hospitality
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Serve as campus liaison for assigned summer camps/conference groups and assist with general summercamp/conference administrationServe as on-call representative for assigned groups for the duration of the groups staysFollow-through on guest requests, concerns, and questions in a courteous and timely mannerLead or assist with camp operationsOther duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
Strong communication skillsDetail-oriented and organizedAbility to work with a variety of personalitiesKnowledge of OWU Campus, facilities, policies, and resourcesStrong commitment to hospitality and customer servicePositive, accommodating attitudePunctual and independently motivated. Capable of working without direct supervisionMust successfully complete pre-hire background checkMust complete assigned Working with Minors training at time of hire
