Membership & Seasonal RV Site Sales Representative Big Rock Creek is seeking a motivated and outgoing Membership & Seasonal RV Site Sales Representative to join our team. This hybrid position focuses on marketing and selling seasonal memberships and RV sites while creating an exceptional experience for prospective guests and helping grow our membership community. Responsibilities Promote and sell Big Rock Creek seasonal memberships and RV sites Conduct on-site tours for prospective members and RV guests Build relationships with guests and assist them through the sales process Prepare, review, and assist with seasonal site agreements and contracts Follow up with leads and maintain communication with prospective buyers Develop marketing initiatives and outreach opportunities to generate new memberships and seasonal site sales Represent Big Rock Creek at trade shows, expos, community events, and promotional opportunities Assist with social media, advertising campaigns, and membership promotions Maintain knowledge of property amenities, events, and membership offerings Schedule Hybrid position On-site attendance required for all major events and trade shows Regular availability on-site at least 3 days per week to meet with guests and conduct tours Additional flexible hours as needed for events and appointments Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Sales, marketing, hospitality, or campground/RV industry experience preferred Comfortable speaking with guests and conducting tours Self-motivated, organized, and dependable Ability to manage contracts and sales documentation professionally Weekend and event availability required This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys people, outdoor recreation, hospitality, and relationship-based sales while helping grow the Big Rock Creek community. This is a sales position that will be a base pay plus commission.
