Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through proactive warm calling, networking, and industry events to expand our customer base. Manage existing accounts with a focus on account growth, retention, and satisfaction by providing tailored solutions and ongoing support. Conduct in-depth product demonstrations of Pioneer pro audio and DJ equipment, highlighting features that meet client needs. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts confidently to close sales while maintaining profitability and customer trust. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness within the professional audio community. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Stay informed on the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to position our products effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales within the audio or entertainment industry. Strong negotiation skills combined with business development expertise to identify opportunities and close deals effectively. Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse clients and delivering compelling product presentations. Demonstrated ability in account management with a focus on building long-term relationships. Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data analysis. Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to the professional audio market is a plus.
