Gameday Fan Experience & Stadium Operations Staff

The Gameday Fan Experience position will consist of: Being the liasion for the assigned hospitality group on matchday Assisiting in reordering drink packages during the match Ensuring that only members of the assigned hospitality group are entering the space Answering any questions fans have during matchday Post match breakdown and cleaning of assigned hospotality space The Gameday Stadium Ops position will consist of: Setting up the stadium on matchday Stocking all bars & hospo spaces Resolving issues during the match Answering any questions fans have during the match Post match stadium breakdown and cleaning

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills & Experience

• Interest in sports, live events, fan engagement, or event operations
• Availability to work most Charleston Battery home matches, including evenings and weekends
• Comfortable engaging with large and diverse groups of fans, including families and children
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with physical tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs
• Reliable transportation to Patriots Point Soccer Stadium
