Job Description

JOB DUTIES
Attend the Usher and Ticket Taker game day meeting to learn about specific events happening at the ballpark for that day's game. Read the game day notes provided by the Front Office Staff. Report to your assigned area immediately following the game day meeting. Greet fans and scan their tickets. Stamp any exiting fan's hand that wishes to re-enter the Ballpark. Acknowledge each fan leaving the ballpark and wish them a good day or night depending on the time at the completion of the game. Hand out any item designated by Management to fans exiting the ballpark. Ensure that no food or drink is brought into ballpark and no alcohol is exiting ballpark. Check bags when needed. Return all scanners to the Box Office at the conclusion of your shift. Ensure that no one is smoking in unauthorized areas. Perform other related duties as assigned.
