Premium Services Staff University of Tennessee Athletics - Special Events and Hospitality Knoxville, TN Job Details Part-time | Seasonal $11 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Client services experience within hospitality industry Attention to detail Venue customer assistance Venue guest services Full Job Description Job Summary The Tennessee Events & Hospitality team is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our Premium Services Staff for the 2026 Tennessee Football Season . This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sports hospitality, premium seating operations, and collegiate athletics event management while delivering exceptional service to guests in Tennessee Athletics' premium areas. Whether you are a student looking to build your resume or someone interested in the sports and hospitality industry, this role provides valuable professional experience in a fast-paced, exciting environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests in premium hospitality areas with professionalism and enthusiasm. Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences. Maintain the exclusivity and appearance of premium spaces throughout game days. Assist guests with locating seats, answering questions, addressing concerns, and fulfilling requests. Prepare suites and premium areas before guest arrival and ensure spaces are game-day ready. Support guests throughout events by responding promptly to service requests. Complete post-game responsibilities, including suite cleanup and reset procedures. Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Required commitment to all Tennessee home football games during the 2026 season. Candidates must be available to work every scheduled home football game as a condition of employment. Students and non-students interested in gaining experience in sports hospitality are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in all guest-facing situations. Excellent customer service mindset with attention to detail.
