Watersports Experience Specialist

Hourly rate of $20 + Tips/Incentives We Outside Watersports is hiring a Watersports Experience Specialist to support daily lake operations. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a safe, seamless, and high-energy customer experience both on land and on the water.

Core Responsibilities:

Check in customers and verify bookings/waivers Provide clear safety training and instructions Operate JetSkis Assist with rider transitions Manage on-site media needs Help manage daily flow and on-site operations Required Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable and able to work weekends Age 21 & up with a valid driver's license Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends Ability to lift 25+ lbs Preferred Qualifications JetSki or watersports experience Comfortable using mobile apps, digital booking systems, and basic electronic equipment (e.g., cameras and operational tools)

Work Environment:

Fully outdoors at the lake Must be comfortable working in the sun, heat, and in water

$20.00 per hour
