This is a unique opportunity to be part of one of the most iconic organizations in professional sports and contribute to the in-game fan experience. Selected candidates will assist with on-field promotions, crowd engagement, and game day operations, including flag running responsibilities during live NFL games. This role requires enthusiasm, professionalism, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of the Dallas Cowboys organization and work directly on game day at AT&T Stadium.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in on-field flag running during designated game moments Assist with in-game promotions, fan engagement, and entertainment Represent the Dallas Cowboys brand with professionalism and energy Work collaboratively with the promotions and game day operations team Follow all game day protocols, timing cues, and staff direction Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout the duration of games

Requirements:

Must be a Dallas Cowboys fan with strong team spirit Must be available to work the majority of home games Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment High energy, outgoing personality, and positive attitude Ability to perform in front of large crowds (80,000+ fans) Reliable transportation to and from AT&T Stadium Must be punctual and dependable for all assigned events

Tryout Information:

Tryouts will be held in June (exact dates to be announced) Candidates selected from applications will be invited to attend Tryouts may include team-based activities, energy assessments, and live simulations of game day responsibilities
