Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING
Lead in-game promotions, contests, and announcements to entertain and involve fans throughout the game. Work closely with the Railroaders promotional team to execute on-field activities seamlessly. Maintain a high-energy and approachable demeanor, interacting with fans of all ages. Quickly adjust to game day changes and unexpected situations, ensuring a smooth experience for fans. Serve as a public face of the Railroaders, embodying the team's commitment to creating a warm and welcoming environment. Other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years old. Previous experience in public speaking, theater, or live event hosting preferred. Excellent verbal communication and improvisational skills. Ability to work in extreme outdoor weather conditions to include heat, cold and rain. Must be able to lift, pull, push and/or lift weight greater than 50 lbs. Required to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
