Hours:

15-20 hours/week (flexible, includes evenings & weekends) Reports to: Owner / Operations Manager About PACE Pickleball Club PACE is Katy's premier 24/7 indoor pickleball facility. We're more than courts; we're building a community of players, from first-timers picking up a paddle to competitive league regulars. Our staff are the face of that community. What You'll Do As a PACE Staff Member, you'll wear multiple hats keeping the facility running smoothly and members feeling at home: Greet members and guests, check players in, and provide a welcoming first impression Assist with paddle, apparel, and PACE Gear sales Help run Open play and other events as needed Support league nights, tournaments, and special events (DUPR nights, socials, etc.) Keep the facility clean, organized, and presentation-ready (courts, lounge, restrooms, pro shop) Answer member questions about programs, Court Reserve bookings, memberships, and events Social media and marketing is a plus.
