Morning, daytime, evening, and overnight shifts available Location / Training / Relocation Requirement This position begins with an approximately 2-3 month paid training period at our Lakewood/Tacoma, WA facility . After the training period, this role requires long-term relocation to our Danville, Virginia facility . Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to Danville, VA as a condition of continued employment in this position. Candidates should either be able to reliably commute to the Lakewood/Tacoma, WA area during the training period or plan to relocate temporarily prior to the start date. Through live-streamed sales across platforms like Whatnot, eBay Live, TikTok, and Fanatics Live, we combine entertainment, community, and real-time auctions to create a highly engaging shopping experience for collectors around the world. Our live streams regularly attract active buyer communities and continue to grow rapidly. We are expanding our on-camera team and looking for charismatic personalities who can entertain audiences while driving live sales. The Role This position blends elements of live entertainment, hosting, and auction-style sales. The ideal candidate is someone who can command attention on camera, interact naturally with audiences, and create excitement around collectibles and fandom culture. Think game show host meets auctioneer, with a strong focus on collectibles, pop culture, and community engagement. This role does not involve sexually explicit content. However, because the position is fully live and camera-facing, candidates must maintain a polished, professional, and engaging on-screen presence. Appropriate attire, neat grooming, and a strong presentation style are required. Key Responsibilities Host live-stream sales featuring trading cards and collectibles for live audiences, typically 25-150 viewers, with larger events reaching significantly higher. Engage with viewers in real time, answer questions, and create an entertaining, interactive broadcast. Present products clearly and accurately using information provided by the internal team, including condition and value details. Drive sales by creating urgency, excitement, and compelling calls to action during live auctions and sales. Maintain organization of the streaming area to support efficient order fulfillment and operations. Create additional content including short-form social videos, gaming streams, or product highlight segments. Develop relationships within collector communities and build a loyal viewer base. Stay knowledgeable about current trends in trading cards and collectibles. Successfully complete the initial training period in Lakewood/Tacoma, WA before relocating to Danville, VA for the long-term role. Required Qualifications Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging a live audience. High-energy personality with a positive, enthusiastic attitude. Strong professional presentation and camera readiness for every shift. Ability to entertain while selling products in a live broadcast environment. Genuine interest in fandom culture such as Pokémon, One Piece, Magic:
The Gathering, anime, Marvel, and related collectibles. Ability to reliably commute to the Lakewood/Tacoma, WA area during the initial training period. Willingness and ability to relocate long-term to Danville, VA after training. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Preferred Experience Previous live streaming experience, including TikTok, Twitch, Whatnot, YouTube Live, or similar platforms. Experience in sales, auctions, or customer engagement roles. Background in restaurants, bartending, hospitality, podcasting, radio, or entertainment. Experience hosting events, gaming streams, or online content. Knowledge of trading card games such as Pokémon, Magic:
