Summary EXP is seeking a resourceful Creative Event Planner/Producer to partner with clients, Sales, and Production in conceiving and delivering standout experiences. You'll translate big-picture goals into actionable plans, guide creative direction, and keep projects on course, all while bringing an upbeat, collaborative spirit to our team and project.
The Role:
Client Collaborator:
Act as the primary liaison, anticipate needs, manage event expectations, and build genuine rapport with our clients.
Team Collaborator:
Align with Sales on scope and budgets, then coordinate with Production to synchronize technical specs, vendor logistics, and on-site execution.
Creative Spark:
Lead brainstorming sessions, drive mood boards, and develop design briefs that reflect each client's brand and event objectives.
Project Maestro:
Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource plans with meticulous organization and a solutions-first mindset.
Design Guardian:
Advise on decor, scenic, lighting, and branding choices, ensuring every detail supports the overall vision.
On-Site Leader:
Manage On-Site team, troubleshoot in real time, and celebrate team wins.
Reflect & Refine:
Conduct post-event debriefs, analyze outcomes, and recommend process improvements to keep raising the bar for our clients and events.
Who Are You:
5+ years in event production, event planning, or experiential event marketing, with a proven track record of multi-project delivery. You have a keen eye for design, decor, and scenic. Exceptional communicator—comfortable presenting to leadership and collaborating across teams Proficient with Google Workspace, Asana, and Canva (bonus if you've used other PM or design tools) A proactive problem-solver who stays positive under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment Someone who is eager to be a part of a fast-paced, fun work environment and a collaborative team

Compensation:
$72k
- $85k DOE, Healthcare stipend, Parking, Bonuses, Balanced 40hr work week, 5 remote days a quarter, 4 weeks vacation.
