On-Site Events Throughout the Region Job Summary Do you enjoy high-energy environments, working outdoors, and being part of events that bring families together? Quantum Party Rentals is seeking dependable, motivated, and energetic Event Staff Members to help execute a wide variety of events. From large inflatables and water slides to tents, tables, chairs, casino nights, and concession stands — no two days are the same. This is hands-on, fast-paced event work where you will help create memorable experiences for families, businesses, schools, and community organizations. If you enjoy physical work, teamwork, and interacting with kids and families, this is a great opportunity. ResponsibilitiesEvent Setup & Breakdown Set up and tear down inflatables, obstacle courses, and water attractions Install tents, tables, and chairs Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently Properly secure and anchor equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment Casino & Special Events Assist with casino night setup (tables, décor, gaming equipment) Support themed events and festivals Help create a professional and organized event environment Concessions & Guest Interaction Operate concession equipment (popcorn, cotton candy, etc.) Interact professionally and positively with guests Supervise inflatables to ensure safety compliance Monitor event areas to maintain a safe and fun atmosphere Driving & Logistics Assist with deliveries and pickups Safely operate company vehicles when assigned Follow proper loading and unloading procedures Qualifications We are looking for individuals who: Enjoy working with kids and families Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Are dependable and punctual Can work effectively as part of a team Are comfortable performing physical labor Can lift 50+ pounds Are available to work evenings and weekends Preferred but not required: Prior event experience Customer service experience Experience operating inflatables or concession equipment Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid driver's license Must provide a current DMV driving record showing valid license status Must be able to pass a drug screening Quantum Party Rentals is a Drug-Free Workplace Ability to work nights and weekends is required Physical Requirements Lift and move heavy equipment regularly Work outdoors in various weather conditions Stand and walk for extended periods Assist with tent installation and secure structures safely This is an active position requiring stamina and physical effort.
