Training Instructor:

Elite Instruction:

Teach weekly long-range shooting courses with a total commitment to the Founder's established curriculum and the company ethos. You will teach the "Gunwerks Way" with respect for the system that built this brand.

Operational Ownership:

Beyond instruction, you will treat LRU like a business. You will identify and implement initiatives to improve operational processes, cost-efficiency, and facility standards without being prompted.

Brand Stewardship:

Represent Gunwerks as a luxury brand. This requires a high level of social intelligence and the ability to interact seamlessly with high-net-worth clientele, ensuring an environment free of "class envy" and focused on premium service.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Collaborate with Creative and Revenue departments, providing professional input on marketing material that aligns with the brand's high-end trajectory.

Strategic Growth:

Assist the Training Director in scaling LRU operations, traveling to off-site events, competitions, and trade shows to expand the brand's footprint. Skills and Experience You'll Need as a

LRU Training Instructor:

Formal training in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience in a training role. Strong understanding of exceptional customer experience principles and best practices. Proven ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relocation to Cody, WY required.
