Drone Operators / Field Instructors Atlanta, GA Job Details Contract $25 - $30 an hour 10 hours ago Qualifications Flying aircraft Drone operation Mid-level Mentoring Instructor-led training (training delivery method) Environmental monitoring Pilot License Remote Pilot Certificate Leadership Teaching Full Job Description Job Overview DWS Drone School Inc and 3DAerialTec, in partnership with BHU, are seeking experienced Drone Operators to support upcoming field training programs focused on real-world drone operations and applied aerial technologies. We are looking for qualified professionals who are interested in teaching and demonstrating practical drone operation in field environments . Selected operators will assist in training participants on safe drone deployment, mission planning, aerial data collection, and operational best practices. Training will be provided where you live in the field virtually. Internet access is required. Sixteen hours (16) supervised in-field flight training. Duties

• Demonstrating safe and effective drone operation in field conditions
• Teaching mission planning, flight execution, and data capture techniques
• Guiding trainees through hands-on drone operations
• Sharing professional experience and industry best practices
• Supporting instructional sessions during scheduled training events Qualifications
• FAA Part 107 Certification (or equivalent drone pilot certification)
• Demonstrated experience operating drones in professional environments (surveying, mapping, inspection, environmental monitoring, etc.)
• Experience teaching, mentoring, or leading field operations is a plus
• Strong understanding of drone safety, regulations, and flight planning
• DJI Matrice 4T preferred
• Must have your own drone. No drone will be provided by DWS/3D Submission Request Interested drone operators are invited to submit a professional bio outlining:
• Drone operation experience
• Certifications and licenses
• Relevant projects or industry experience
• Teaching or training experience (if applicable)
• Equipment platforms or software expertise Bios will be reviewed for potential participation in upcoming field training programs and instructional activities .

Pay:
