Seasonal Remote Pilot Worksite Location:
Saint Paul, Minnesota Schedule:
Daylight hours; overtime possible in June/July depending on daylight

Not available now or in the future•FAA Part 107 Certified Small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS) Pilot — Required Summary The Seasonal Remote Pilot will operate Matrice series drones equipped with Sentera sensors to capture imagery of agricultural fields and research trials. This position supports customer project data collection, equipment operation, and coordination of flight schedules. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute drone flights and imagery collection at customer field sites Assist with data management and timely delivery for customer projects Communicate scheduling challenges and propose alternative solutions Maintain and update project schedules related to drone flight operations Operate, maintain, and repair drones and sensor payload equipment Collaborate with Sentera's technical development team to test custom hardware and software Participate in regular team meetings via MS Teams and occasional client calls Adhere to all company policies and procedures Qualifications Education & Experience Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related technical field 0-2 years of professional experience in digital or precision agriculture General agricultural experience preferred but not required Skills & Abilities Strong computer and technical aptitude Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Customer service mindset Analytical and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data Can work independently or as part of a team Positive, "get-it-done" attitude Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations FAA Part 107 Certified Small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS) Pilot — Required Valid driver's license Physical Demands Regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, sit, and use hands for handling equipment Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with extended arms Visual requirements include close and distance vision Must be able to work on feet up to 8 hours per day Work Environment Travel required; overnight travel will not exceed 50% Use of personal vehicle to reach field sites (mileage reimbursed) Outdoor fieldwork involving daily drone flight operations Occasional work in standard office environment (Microsoft Office, Slack) #LI-MH1
