Job Description

job summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated team member to step into a Tier 2 role supporting daily drone operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. In this position, you will play a key role in keeping site operations running smoothly-supporting flight-line activities, guiding Tier 1 team members, and helping ensure all processes are followed accurately and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment but is also comfortable taking initiative, making real-time decisions, and serving as a point of contact on site. You'll be expected to balance operational tasks with team support, maintain a strong focus on safety, and help drive a consistent, high-quality experience across the operation.

  • 25 per hour work hours: 8am to 6pm education: No Degree Required responsibilities: Job Duties
  • Monitor workflow and adjust priorities as needed to keep operations running smoothly Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate safety, operational, or technical issues to the Site Ops Lead or GSO Coordinator Utilize internal systems to support operations, track activity, and maintain accurate records Maintain organization and cleanliness of the loading and staging areas Work independently when required, including at remote ("nest") locations Support general site operations, including basic flight observations and operational readiness Job Requirements•Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites as needed Ability to work a flexible schedule between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, including weekends Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and push a cart weighing up to 160 lbs up a ramp Ability to stand and be on your feet for extended periods of time Must complete all required training prior to and during employment Prior experience in operations, logistics, retail, or a fast-paced environment preferred Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable leading or supporting others in a team environment Strong commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures Desired Skills & Experience•Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy across team operations Ability to prioritize tasks and make quick, sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Leadership skills with the ability to guide, support, and hold team members accountable Desired Skills & Experience•Clear and professional communication, including timely escalation of issues High level of reliability, ownership, and accountability for shift performance Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing conditions Comfortable using technology and operational systems Team-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency, safety, and overall customer experience #LI-HW1 qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites as needed Ability to work a flexible schedule between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, including weekends Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and push a cart weighing up to 160 lbs up a ramp Ability to stand and be on your feet for extended periods of time Must complete all required training prior to and during employment Prior experience in operations, logistics, retail, or a fast-paced environment preferred Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable leading or supporting others in a team environment Strong commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures
