Community Editor - City Sun Times (Gilbert Expansion) O'Rourke Media Group | Arizona O'Rourke Media Group is seeking an entrepreneurial, community-driven Community Editor to lead the continued growth of the City Sun Times brand in Arizona, including overseeing the curren t market and expanding into Gilbert. This is not a traditional editor role. We're looking for a leader who can build and scale a modern local media presence through community engagement, user-generated content, and strategic freelance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and grow the existing City Sun Times market Lead the expansion into Gilbert, Arizona Build and manage a network of freelance contributors and community voices Own and deploy a freelance content budget Drive user-generated content initiatives and community submissions Engage directly with local businesses, schools, nonprofits, and residents Deliver consistent, high-quality content across digital, social, newsletters, and print platforms Partner internally to support audience and revenue growth
