Associate Publisher

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Publisher to join our creative team. In this role, you will oversee the development, editing, and publication of diverse content across multiple platforms, ensuring high-quality standards and engaging storytelling. Your expertise will help shape compelling narratives, manage multimedia projects, and coordinate with various departments to deliver impactful content that resonates with our audience. Edit and refine written content for clarity, accuracy, and engagement, ensuring alignment with brand voice and editorial guidelines Collaborate with writers, designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce multimedia content including articles, videos, and social media posts Manage the entire post-production process for video projects using Adobe Premiere and other editing tools to create polished final products Oversee social media management by scheduling posts, analyzing engagement metrics, and optimizing content strategies for maximum reach Translate and interpret content between languages as needed to expand audience accessibility and inclusivity Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to design visual assets that complement written material Coordinate content publishing schedules, monitor performance analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet project goals Strong editing skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency in tone and style Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and departments Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences Proficiency in interpretation and translation to support bilingual content initiatives Technical expertise in video production, editing, and post-production using Adobe Premiere and video editing software Experience with social media management platforms and analytics tools to track engagement trends Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools for creating visual content Background in journalism or technical writing is a plus for producing accurate, informative content Ability to interpret project briefs accurately and translate them into engaging multimedia outputs Join us as an Associate Publisher if you're passionate about storytelling, multimedia production, and making a meaningful impact through innovative content.
