Creative Director Content Creator — Freelance Collaboration Gaui is looking for a freelance Content Creator to work directly alongside the Creative Director in documenting around his journey, lifestyle, work process, campaigns, travel, meetings, and day-to-day life behind the brand. This is a flexible freelance collaboration for someone who is highly independent, creatively driven, and comfortable working closely alongside the Creative Director on an ongoing basis. We are looking for someone with strong taste, great editing abilities, and a modern understanding of storytelling, aesthetics, music, culture, and social media.
The collaboration combines:
Filming Photography Editing Creative direction Social-first storytelling The role would require approximately 4-7 hours weekly physically filming alongside the Creative Director throughout: Doral Miami Beach Downtown Miami Photoshoots, meetings, dinners, travel days, and lifestyle moments Editing and post-production would be completed remotely afterward. Flexibility is extremely important, as filming opportunities, ideas, travel, or important moments may happen throughout the week. Future travel flexibility is also important as campaigns, retreats, or productions may occasionally require it. Deliverables 1 YouTube video weekly 1 Instagram Reel or photo dump weekly This is a highly conceptualized collaboration. We are not looking for someone simply recording content. We are looking for someone capable of understanding the mood, pacing, visual language, storytelling, music, and emotional direction behind every piece being created. Responsibilities Capture BTS photo and video content Document behind-the-scenes moments, meetings, campaigns, creative sessions, travel, and lifestyle moments Edit cinematic long-form YouTube videos Edit short-form content optimized for Instagram and social media Help conceptualize content ideas alongside the Creative Director Bring references, ideas, and cultural awareness into the content process Manage projects independently from filming through editing and final delivery Requirements Strong videography and photography skills Strong editing experience in both long-form and short-form content Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, retention, music selection, and editing rhythm Strong eye for aesthetics, culture, fashion, and modern content language Passion for meaningful and visually strong work Someone highly independent with flexibility in their schedule and availability to move things around when needed Ideally not someone operating under a demanding full-time commitment elsewhere Someone capable of fully owning projects from beginning to end Portfolio required Someone fresh to the industry is completely welcomed if the creativity, execution, work ethic, and eye are there.
