Job Description:

•4 days onsite in El Segundo, CA. 1 day remote. •2-3 month contract

Admin Duties:

Provide support to editors, admin support Research online, researching what is happening with stickerbooks would be an example. Tracking and routing of material and gaining feedback from stakeholders Send reminders about deadlines for meetings Helping to build presentation decks for meetings and setting up meetings Organized digital files along with outlook, teams, Microsoft word Aid in managing and organizing content workflows to ensure timely delivery. Support editing processes by reviewing and refining content materials. Assist in coordinating communication between editorial team members. Prepare and format content for publication or distribution. Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality content standards.

Editor Assistant Qualifications:

Prior Admin experience Prior experience or strong interest in editing, storytelling, or content creation. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or experience considered a plus.
