From scouting new talent to working with established models and brands, we pride ourselves on adaptability, professionalism, and a high standard of excellence within the modeling and talent industry. About the Role We are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Assistant to support our Agents in daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has strong writing and social media skills, and is eager to learn the ins and outs of the talent and modeling industry. The right candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities with professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Greet clients and models professionally and ensure a positive experience Answer and return phone calls; manage general correspondence Take notes, draft emails, and assist with administrative communication Coordinate and assist with model appointments and schedules Perform data entry and maintain organized digital records Track projects, follow up on tasks, and manage deadlines Operate standard office equipment and systems Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Strong organizational, clerical, and multitasking skills Excellent customer service and phone etiquette Experience with data entry and filing systems Highly proficient in Adobe photo & video editing programs or similar platforms Ability to manage calendars and provide administrative support Bilingual candidates are a plus Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is a plus
