Company Overview Renaissance Investment Management is a SEC Registered Investment Advisor based in Covington, Kentucky. We specialize in Equity and Fixed Income investments via various investment strategies. We deliver investment solutions tailored to meet the needs of Taft-Hartley funds, foundations and endowments, religious organizations, public entities, corporations, insurance companies, individuals, and advisory channel clients. Join Our Team We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented In-House Print and Digital Publishing Specialist to create, edit and produce high-quality print and digital communications for our Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm. In this role, you will help shape and maintain our visual brand, transforming complex financial data, market commentary, and wealth management insights into polished presentations, quarterly reports, newsletters, brochures, and digital content. The ideal candidate combines exceptional design and production skills with financial literacy and a commitment to accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities Design, edit, and produce professional print and digital publications, including presentations, market commentaries, newsletters, brochures, and client meeting materials. Transform financial data, portfolio performance metrics, and economic information into clear, visually compelling charts and graphics. Prepare and distribute content through websites, client portals, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Partner with Compliance and leadership teams to ensure all materials meet regulatory and internal marketing standards. Maintain brand consistency and production quality across all communications. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, particularly during quarterly reporting cycles and market events. Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, formatting, editing, and content development workflows. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Exceptional attention to detail in editing, formatting, layout, and proofreading. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with advisors, analysts, and firm leadership. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign . Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud , including Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office , including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams. Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot . Preferred Experience Experience in wealth management, asset management, banking, financial services, or another regulated industry. Demonstrated ability to transform complex information into clean, professional, client-facing materials. Commitment to continuous learning and adoption of emerging technologies. Why Join Us?
