Job Description
We're building NiFe WARS, a transmedia sci-fi franchise — comics, collectibles, animation, and a global collector community. We're looking for a social media manager who can run our daily presence across every platform and help grow the community around the universe we're creating. This is a hands-on content role for someone creative, organized, and genuinely fluent in how online communities work. What you'll do Post several times a day across all our channels: Discord, X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Manage daily Stories on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Upload and schedule YouTube videos and YouTube Shorts Turn the material we supply (art, lore, announcements, video) into engaging, platform-native posts Create original content with a marketing mindset — you understand what makes people stop, engage, and stick around Build and maintain an active, healthy community Handle simple photo and video edits yourself: cropping, captions, basic cuts, formatting, and cutting/stitching clips together into finished posts (no heavy editing or motion graphics required) Use AI tools fluently for writing, editing, and image work to move fast and keep quality high Join regular team calls to coordinate, strategize, and align on direction What we're looking for Perfect written English — zero spelling or grammar mistakes, every time Strong verbal communication; you're comfortable and clear on team video calls Comfortable across Discord, X, IG, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, and aware of what each one rewards Familiar enough with photo/video editing to handle simple edits and basic video assembly (trimming and stitching clips) independently Confident with AI tools (text, image, editing) as part of your daily workflow A creative, community-minded marketer who can both execute and think strategically Good to know You will not need to appear on camera or use your own face/voice.
