Duration:
FTE We are seeking a highly technical documentation and content management professional to manage, configure, and optimize our OpenText Documentum repository while authoring and validating modular documentation using Oxygen XML Editor .
Configure and maintain OpenText Documentum, managing access controls, lifecycles, metadata models, and workflows to ensure secure, compliant document storage. Structured Authoring via
Oxygen XML:
Develop, edit, and maintain complex technical documentation, user manuals, and regulatory guidelines using Oxygen XML Editor.
DITA/XML
Schema Management:
Create, validate, and manage XML schemas, DITA maps, XSLT transforms, and CSS stylesheets within the Oxygen environment to ensure consistent global publishing outputs.
Workflow Automation:
Collaborate with IT and cross-functional business teams to automate document review, approval, and publishing pipelines between Oxygen XML and Documentum.
Compliance & Auditing:
Ensure all corporate records, engineering documentation, and enterprise assets adhere to regulatory retention standards and strict version control protocols.
System Troubleshooting:
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot integration bottlenecks, and resolve repository access or rendering issues.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Communication, or a related field.
Documentum Expertise:
6+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Documentum administration, D2, xCP, or Webtop configuration, and content server maintenance.
Oxygen XML Proficiency:
Strong practical experience using Oxygen XML Editor in an enterprise environment, specifically with DITA, XML/XSLT, and automated publishing pipelines.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in scripting/query languages (e.g., DQL, SQL, XML, Shell scripts) to facilitate system integrations and data migrations.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to translate complex business/regulatory requirements into technical workflows.
