Baldwin Park, CA (Onsite role) Reports to: CEO We are leaders in premium outdoor shade solutions, recognized for innovative design, architectural quality, and a strong brand identity. Our products are trusted worldwide by retailers, hospitality groups, and design professionals. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to help shape our trade show and showroom environments while also contributing to new product design that reflects fashion-forward trends in the market. Role Overview The Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling trade show booths and showroom environments that embody brand identity. This role will also play a key part in designing umbrellas and accessories that align with evolving fashion, color, and material trends—ensuring our products remain design leaders in the outdoor living category. This position requires onsite collaboration at our Baldwin Park headquarters and travel to major trade shows for booth setup, execution, and support. Key Responsibilities Trade Show & Showroom Design o Conceptualize and execute layouts, graphics, and structures for trade show booths and permanent showrooms. Ensure designs reflect brand guidelines and positioning. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate merchandising strategies and product display needs. Prepare 2D/3D renderings, material boards, and technical drawings for vendor production. Travel to trade shows to oversee booth installation, setup, and on-site adjustments. Product & Umbrella Design Research global fashion, furniture, and textile trends to inform seasonal umbrella and accessory designs. Develop mood boards, color palettes, and fabric/finish combinations for upcoming product lines. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure design concepts are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with production timelines. Translate concepts into detailed design specifications and presentation materials. Brand Alignment Maintain consistency with elevated, design-oriented brand identities. Contribute fresh creative ideas to support marketing campaigns, catalogs, and visual merchandising. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or related field. 3+ years of experience in trade show, showroom, or retail environment design. Experience in consumer product or furniture/outdoor category design a plus.

Proficiency in design software:

Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar. Strong understanding of color theory, materials, and fashion/lifestyle trends. Excellent communication skills and ability to present concepts to leadership. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability and willingness to travel to major trade shows (domestic and occasional international). #QPIND
