This energetic role offers a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with our designers, contribute to the entire product development cycle, and develop your skills in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will support the design process ensuring each piece aligns with current trends and brand standards. This position is perfect for someone passionate about fashion, eager to learn, and ready to make a meaningful impact in the apparel industry. Responsibilities Support the development of mood boards, color palettes, and fabric selections based on current trends and brand identity. Collaborate with designers to develop prototypes, ensuring garment construction aligns with design specifications. Contribute to the organization and management of product samples, fabric swatches, and design archives. Participate in fittings and provide feedback on fit, fabric behavior, and overall aesthetic to refine designs. Help coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of samples and finished products. Experience Knowledge of fashion design principles including color theory, illustration, and garment construction techniques. Experience or coursework related to fashion retail, merchandising, or styling is a plus. Strong understanding of the product lifecycle management process from concept through production. Passion for fashion styling can enhance your contribution to our creative team.
