Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a bilingual Korean/English Designer Assistant to support our design team in developing new collections and preparing production-ready materials. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in fashion design support , including creating tech packs and conducting market research . You will assist with product development, trend research, and communication with vendors and overseas teams. Responsibilities Assist designers with development of new styles Create and update tech packs for production Conduct market and trend research Assist with fabric, trim, and color selection Organize design files and development samples Communicate with vendors and overseas partners in Korean and English Support preparation for production and line reviews Requirements Fluent in Korean and English Minimum 1 year experience in fashion design or design assistant role Experience creating tech packs Strong organizational and research skills Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines Preferred Skills Experience with Adobe Illustrator Experience working with apparel manufacturers Understanding of garment construction and production process Compensation $22 - $28/hour, $45k-$58k salary equivalent
