POSITION OBJECTIVE

This position is responsible for supporting the business on all color center activities and ensuring the consistency of color across all classifications and collections.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Interacts with suppliers and cross functional team members regarding color and color technology. Performs color analysis, providing comments and communication with suppliers on solid and print/pattern color submissions. Runs on-boarding activities for new suppliers/mills. Stays abreast of new color technology for application. Performs data entry of color comments into Flex PLM. Participates in the training and oversight of the Vendor Certified Colorists program to ensure successful color management in region. Other duties as assigned. This position may be found in multiple brands. Some duties may vary from brand to brand.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree is required 4+ years in retail industry with solid experience in color analysis development with a good eye for color Ability to discern color differences with a superior discrimination rating on the 100 Hue Munsell tests Detail oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Computer literate in Microsoft office programs Excellent time-management skills Self-motivated, creative problem solver #LI-SK Chico's FAS, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
