The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design and a passion for producing high-quality printed materials. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for operating printing equipment, ensuring the accuracy of designs, and maintaining quality standards throughout the printing process. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various materials. Prepare screens and inks according to specifications for each project. Collaborate with designers to ensure accurate representation of digital designs in printed form. Conduct quality checks throughout the printing process to maintain high standards. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process and make necessary adjustments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment. Assist in the design layout for new projects, incorporating feedback from team members. Skills Proficient in digital design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with layout design and visual design principles. Familiarity with 3D animation and CSS is a plus. Knowledge of Sketchup for creating mock-ups or prototypes. Strong skills in web design and interior design concepts are desirable. Ability to sketch ideas quickly and effectively communicate design concepts. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
