As a direct-to-consumer clothing brand with a strong online presence and 8 retail locations, we are looking for a passionate and creative Apparel Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career who is excited to contribute creatively, develop seasonal product, and grow within a collaborative fashion environment. Responsibilities Assist in designing seasonal collections aligned with the Petit Clair aesthetic and customer Create mood boards, sketches, technical drawings, and spec sheets Support fabric, trim, and material sourcing initiatives Partner with product development and production teams throughout the development process Stay current on fashion trends, color direction, and market movement Participate in fittings and support revisions and design updates Ensure designs align with quality, fit, and production standards Present concepts and ideas to internal teams Qualifications Degree in Fashion Design or related field 1-4+ years of experience within a fashion brand environment Experience in children's wear, womenswear, or related categories preferred Strong sketching and technical drawing skills (hand and digital) Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fit Strong organizational and communication skills Experience working with overseas factories is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation Opportunity to grow within an expanding fashion brand Collaborative and creative work environment Exposure to the full product lifecycle from concept to production How to Apply Please apply with your resume and portfolio
