Position Summary We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Designer to join our Women's Activewear team. Reporting to the Design Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing innovative, market-driven concepts to life for a global activewear brand and its key retail partners. Responsibilities Research seasonal trends, fabrics, colors, prints, silhouettes, and emerging ideas through online resources, market shopping, trade shows, and competitive analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional partners and provide support to the broader design, sales, and production teams on special projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in the fashion industry, ideally within activewear, performance apparel, or sportswear. Excellent communication skills with the confidence to ask questions, share ideas, receive feedback, and adapt quickly. A collaborative, team-first mindset and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. Passion for activewear and performance apparel is a plus. This is a full-time, in-person position based in our New York office, five days a week.
